Boys can do Ballet too and a Pink Rainbow? (Lets get Shabby no 3)

Over at Lets Get Shabby this months rules are white/cream with only a subtle hint of another colour.

I realised that you can't really see the tulle against the lace so here it is but I can't black out the corners...sorry!!

I used white and cream and a hint of pink......This layout took a while to evolve I made the base straight away and added the tulle but then I got carried away with the Gyspies layout.......I was going to do something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.......but my Blue knickers were in the Attic!! Ben put this Ballet skirt on himself and the title reflects Georgia questioning me once about Boys doing ballet....she didn't think they were allowed......my reply was "who else is going to lift the girls up in the air"!!

Anyway last night Georgia was sick.......yup proper chunky sick(we suspect it was too many sweets)!! So I stayed up and finished off the layout.....I seem to work at my best after a few hours sleep and then a late night with poorly kids on the sofa. I love the peace and quiet the hum of the washing machine the coffee and biscuits......it all just works......"me time".....precious!!

Those ancient peel off spots came in handy to look like sequins........it still amazes me what I pull out of my stash some days!!

I painted the flowers white as they were too much like taupe rather than cream. A paper doiley and a crocheted one and voila one little ballerina!!

Basic Grey alphabet stickers...cream on one side and pink on the other...handy huh?

I know it looks like alot here but there really are only tiny touches of pink!!

Awe doesn't he look cute!! I'm sure I could re-pose a better photo but this was a spur of the moment one on the day.

span style="font-family:courier new;">
Sainsburys still have these beautiful quality canvas books at half price........so I have covered another one all kitch and girly......perfect for a combo of photos and recipes. I bought some extra papers and used some left over chipboard from my BF Madeline Kit.

Who would think a few hours ago she was ill.....Girl Guide Centenary Day...can't possibly be missed so I packed her off and she was fine......maybe not later after she's been on all those rides at the theme park though!!

My brownie photo's are just that 1970's brown and orange or was it a yellow top........check out the new colours red and blue and when we got there the sign was hot pink!! It matched her outfit..... her mother was slightly jealous......OK..... very jealous!!

Love and pretty in pink x 2
