Happy Halloween

 

I haven't posted on here for a couple of years as I started to have major access problems and didn't like a lot of changes to blogger. I also stopped scrapbooking. :(

Since then technology has moved on and people keep in touch through Facebook and Twitter, but I have discovered that sharing my crafty makes with random FB friends is not the same as keeping a diary of my skills. And so I have decided to occasionally post my items for my own record.

I have been busy and have started a sewing club in my neighbourhood and still make crafty presents for people. My daughter has started dancing and needs costumes and props..yay!!!

 

And so for school this week I altered...get it ..(alteredgeisha)a shop bought hairband and turned it into a Mexican Day of the Dead skull. Those flowers and brads sure came in handy along with some German Scrap from PaperArtsy.

 

I think I had forgotten just how therapeutic crafting can be...sigh........

 

 

 

The finished result....all dressed up and ready to ROCK!!
