I don't know when Mothers Day is in NZ, so I thought I'd post this page as a tribute instead of sending a card.
I finished it on Friday and I am so pleased I photographed it outside before the heavens opened!! The sketch can be found at http://www.cis-stylishsketches.blogspot.com/
It's only a simple page to go into my heritage album and to use up an array of small photos of Mum. I have made a second page with the leftover photos but I'm not happy with it, although I will still put it in the album for future generations (just not for public viewing!!).
The Cowboy and the Callgirl
My ATC for this months swap at Paperparadise is called Love Story for obvious reasons, I stamped each image on a seperate piece of acetate and painted the reverse side. I scratched the paint once dry and applied the cream colour to show through the scratches. I then used a Cowboy font and a 1920's Odeon style for the title and sandwiched it all between another layer of acetate.

Great techniques on the ATC's Ruth and a lovely tribute to your mum too TFS XXX
I am lucky to have one of these ATC's, the green and red combo, fab addition to my collection.
Fab page for your mum, love the way you have arranged the photos!

wow How do you find the time to be so creative we a wee babe in the house?
Those ATCs are inspired and that page and it's images I find very moving as it evokes memories of similar scenes from my own childhood.
Lovely.
